The Acoustic Shoppe has announced that co-founder Jeremy Chapman has successfully graduated from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. The graduation ceremony took place last week at the Goldman Sachs global headquarters in New York City.

Chapman was selected from a competitive pool of finalists to join the 20th National Cohort of the 10,000 Small Businesses program, an initiative aimed at helping small business owners create jobs and economic opportunity by providing greater access to education, capital and business support services. Over the course of several months, Chapman dedicated approximately over 120 hours to the program, participating in class sessions led by subject matter experts, clinics, panels, growth group meetings and individual business advisor sessions.

“I am deeply honored to have been chosen for this remarkable program and to have had the opportunity to learn from such experienced professionals,” Chapman said. “The knowledge and skills I’ve gained will not only benefit The Acoustic Shoppe but also contribute to the economic growth of our community in Springfield, and beyond.”

The company said in a statement that the program’s curriculum and collaborative environment have equipped Chapman with advanced tools and strategies to further enhance the growth and success of The Acoustic Shoppe. His experience in the program culminated in a comprehensive growth plan and growth pitch, which he will now bring back to implement within the business.
