Superbooth 20 Holds Home Edition
Superbooth, one of the largest gatherings for synthesizer enthusiasts, suppliers and fans of electronic music, has uploaded a slew of videos to its website for free, in response to its canceling earlier this year due to the coronavirus, calling it “Superbooth Home Edition.”
The event is typically home to tutorials, performances and panels, and this year’s home edition was no different. Notable musicians and content creators like Nick Batt and Andy McCreeth of Sonic State, Jean-Michel Jarre of Depeche Mode and Daniel Miller of Mute/MZF have lectures available on the home edition site.
Additionally, the site hosts videos about gear unveilings, hardware practices, tips and tricks and patching techniques, making for a great resource for all those who planned on, or were interested in, the canceled Superbooth 20. Superbooth’s creator, Andreas Schneider praised the digital event.
“The SuperBooth20 Home Edition indeed gave an authentic impression of the missing real event to plenty of new visitors and all of us over the internet, it was a real success,” Schneider wrote on the event’s website.
All of the virtual content is available for free at Superbooth’s Home Edition Site and at the #superbooth20 YouTube hashtag.
