Music & Arts Expands with 2 New Locations
The new Music & Arts location in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
Music & Arts recently announced the opening of two brand new stores — one in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and another in Westminster, Maryland. This is the seventh Music & Arts location in South Carolina and the 20th Music & Arts location in Maryland — which is also the home state of the company’s headquarters.
The new South Carolina store is located at 2427 Cross Pointe Dr. in Rock Hill. The store offers instrument rentals, lessons and repair services, as well as sales on nearly all instrument categories. The new store’s leadership team includes retail manager Morgan Tinker, alongside senior sales associates Shaun Whiteside, Krislynne Stowe and Joseph Rempe.
“Rock Hill and all of the surrounding areas in South Carolina are strong supporters of the arts — and music programs particularly,” said Gary Blizzard, Music & Arts educational representative in the region. “They have a long tradition of some of the finest music educators in the Southeast. Rock Hill has long been a place we needed to be to support them and their students.”
The new Music & Arts location in Westminster, Maryland, which is located at 210 Malcolm Drive, will also offer sales, instrument rentals, lessons and repair services. The new store’s leadership team includes retail manager Cade Leek, alongside senior sales associates Jeremy Burke and Joe Derr.
“The city of Westminster and all of Carroll County comprise a market that Music & Arts has not previously served,” said Andrew Nizer, Music & Arts district manager in the region. “Furthermore, a beloved family-owned music store recently closed its doors in the area, so there is need for a reliable, friendly and professional provider of musical instruments, lessons and repairs. We look forward to filling that role for the musicians of Westminster.”
