inMusic Acquires Stanton from Gibson Brands, Inc
inMusic, a supplier of music production hardware, software and consumer electronics, announced the acquisition of Stanton from U.S.-based music company Gibson Brands on May 21.
With a legacy spanning over 70 years, Stanton is known for ground-breaking solutions for the DJ market including DJ tool Final Scratch, stereo cartridges designed for the working and performance DJ and one of the first innovative standalone smart controllers.
Stanton joins brands including Denon DJ, Numark and Rane, all of which operate under inMusic. In the announcement of the acquisition, inMusic CEO Jack O’Donnell expressed his excitement.
