Avid Promotes Sanders to CCO
Avid has announced the promotion of Deb Sanders from technology services executive to chief customer officer.
As CCO, Sanders’ work will focus on driving a more modern service organization, digital transformation, and a more CX-centric company culture. Sanders first joined Avid as the vice president of global customer care in 2019 and brings more than 25 years of experience leading customer-facing teams, transforming service delivery models, and building new service teams to adapt to the ever-changing customer service landscape.
