Pacific Drums and Percussion (PDP) has added of five new metal snare drums, extending its PDP Concept Select and Concept series snares in a range of sizes and metals. New to the range of its flagship Concept Select snares are the 8- by 14-inch aluminum and 8- by 14-inch Bell Bronze snares featuring 3-millimeter shells with a laser-engraved Art Deco insignia emblazoned on each drum. Extending the range of Concept series metal snares are the new 5- by 14-inch aluminum, brass and copper snare drums, which are all fitted with double-beaded rolled 1-millimeter shells and finished with a brushed exterior for a vintage-style satin appearance.
