Following the introduction of its pineapple tenor in mahogany and spruce, Ohana has added the PKT-220G built in all solid mango. Mango wood is known for its unusual and attractive appearance, and is considered eco-friendly. Its sound resembles koa and projects with a warm and rich tone, with an excellent mid-range response. This new tenor model is ideal for those who are more comfortable in the longer tenor scale and are just as fascinated by the extra projection from the pineapple-shaped sound chamber. The new PKT-220G comes with solid wood binding on the body and headstock with abalone shell inlay throughout.
