Neutrik has launched a redesigned, new form-factored, improved and upgraded version of its patent-pending silentPLUG instrument 0.25-inch jack plug. The silentPLUG automatically mutes an instrument cable to avoid pops and squeals when changing the instrument under load. The new design — designated NP2XX-SILENT — replaces the previous model and offers performance, ergonomic and aesthetic improvements over the original iteration of this product.
