LefreQue’s new Free-Reed ligature for clarinet and saxophone does not clamp or dampen the reed, resulting in a free and rich sound. Because the ligature is flexible and adjustable, the company didn’t need to make a separate ligature for each instrument and mouthpiece. This means that with only five different sizes, LefreQue has equipped all saxophones and clarinets with a free reed ligature.
