Ampeg has introduced the SGT-DI Blue Line Anniversary Edition bass preamp and DI. The new SGT-DI is functionally identical to the standard silver SGT-DI, but features graphics that spotlight a pivotal period in the company’s history. The SGT-DI is an all-in-one bass box that provides modern bassists with an entire rig in a single pedal. It delivers an enhanced foot-switchable Super Grit Technology overdrive circuit featuring sweepable mids, Ultra-Hi and three-way Ultra-Lo switches, a variable 10:1 compressor, and an aux/headphone section. The SGT-DI also features an IR Loader/Cab Simulator that lets bassists choose from three classic factory cabs or up to three cabs of their own by using the free Ampeg IR Loader application.
