Delmar Forms Deal With D'Andrea

Delmar has signed a strategic alliance agreement with D’Andrea USA. All D’Andrea USA operations have relocated to Delmar’s facilities in Berlin, Conn. D'Andrea will operate on its own as a division of Delmar.

Delmar is the exclusive distributor for the celluloid plastic used for the production of guitar picks. The company is also a manufacturer of the plastic drum covering material used on drum sets that are produced for OEM manufacturers and a manufacturer of acoustic and electric guitar pickguards, backplates and bindings.
