JAN. 5 I FENDER I MANAGEMENT Fender Musical Instruments has planned to refocus the Groove Tubes brand on vacuum tube component production and suspend regular production of other Groove Tubes-branded pro audio products, including microphones and electronic accessories. Fender will continue stewardship of the Groove Tubes brand, and other aspects of the business will remain unchanged. Fender will also continue to honor all existing warranties per the terms of the warranty included with Groove Tubes products. The Groove Tubes brand and certain assets were acquired by Fender in May 2008. Groove Tubes was founded in 1979. MI | |
