NOV. 17 I KAWAI I WEB NEWS Kawai America has launched an online store powered by Shopatron. Kawai has assembled a collection of its most popular digital pianos, accessories and related items and made them available on its new online store. A shopper on the company’s Web site can click on “buy now” links for selected products and be taken to Kawai’s Shopatron-powered online store. The company is engaging its authorized dealers nationwide as order-fulfillment partners, enabled through Shopatron’s proprietary order-exchange system. Products will be delivered by Kawai dealers throughout the United States. “Partnering with Shopatron allows us to sell online and enables our dealers to deliver Kawai instruments directly to customers,” said Tom Love, senior manager for online marketing at Kawai. “The order is processed by Shopatron, and fulfillment is awarded to the closest dealer with the product in stock. Our retail customers will rest assured that their online order is being fulfilled by an authorized Kawai dealer and is backed by the strongest warranty in the industry. Our dealers win by gaining access to new retail business via the Internet.”
