JTM Acquires Permanent Impressions

JTM Merchandising — an OEM supplier, importer and distributor of custom merchandise for the MI, pro audio and entertainment industries — has acquired Permanent Impressions.

For more than 20 years, Permanent Impressions has manufactured displays, fixtures and related accessories for a variety of retail segments, including MI.
“We’ve been working closely with Permanent Impressions for over 10 years with some of our biggest clients, including many of the leading MI and pro audio brands in the business,” said Joey Tafolla, CEO of JTM Merchandising. “When the opportunity arose to purchase the company, I jumped at the chance to unite our companies and expand our product offerings in the future. As a united front, we’ll be able to offer the total merchandising package, from POP and signage design and execution to apparel, bags and cases.”
