FEB. 18 I ALTO MUSIC I EXPANSION Alto Music, based in Middletown, N.Y., is in the process of moving its NYC showroom to a new location in Midtown Manhattan and will install a state-of-the-art studio. The announcement comes three years after renovations started at Alto Music’s flagship Middletown location. Among the finishing touches still in the works is a fully operational control and live room to demo audio gear in its intended environment. Clients will be able to try combinations of microphones, preamps, compressors and effects processors in a real-world studio situation. Customers will also be able to take these tests home on a CD to better determine which piece of equipment is right for their application. “This business is built on our customers, and they deserve it," said Alto Music's owner and President Jon Haber. | |
