New NAMM Board Elected

NAMM’s voting members elected a new slate of nominees to the association’s board of directors at its annual meeting of members. The event was held during The NAMM Show, on Jan. 16.

They included: Dick Boak, Martin’s director of artist and public relations, as well as its archivist; Jeff Falgien, Keyboard Concepts’ vice president/partner; Gary Forkum, owner of Fork’s Drum Closet; Phil Rich, director of merchandise for the guitar department of Guitar Center; Kurt Listug, co-founder and CEO of Taylor Guitars; Ray van Straten, director of entertainer solutions at QSC Audio Products; Christopher White, president and CEO of White House of Music; and Rick Young, senior vice president for Yamaha Corp. of America.
