JAN. 5 I GATOR CASES I PURCHASE Gator Cases has acquired XL Specialty Percussion, the parent company for the Protechtor Cases and XL Lite drum carrier brands. Gator plans further expansion of XL with additional products, such as the patented Claw, which was used by the Concord Blue Devils on the CEI 2006 Tour. “We are very excited to bring Protechtor and XL Lite into the Gator family,” said Gator co-founder and President Crystal Morris. “This acquisition not only keeps the existing XL team in Indiana, but the growth will allow us to add additional U.S. positions there.” Neal Graham, founder of XL Specialty Percussion, has been named general manager of Gator Cases XL Specialty Percussion division. “I am very glad to be part of the Gator team and look forward to expanding the Protechtor and Gator Case family of brands,” he said. | |
