Harman Opens Sales Offices Abroad

Harman Professional has opened field sales offices in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and San Juan, Puerto Rico, in an effort to foster closer commercial relationships with its channel partners in Asia, Latin America and Canada.

The Kuala Lumpur field sales office will be led by David McKinney, who was promoted to senior director of sales, Asia. Industry veteran Thomas Marcher will be supporting McKinney in his new position. Marcher, formerly Crown’s Asian sales director, has more than a decade of industry experience.

The San Juan field office will serve Latin America and Canada, and will be led by Jaime Albors, who was promoted to senior director of sales, Intercontinental. Albors will be joined by John Powell, who has assumed the position of director, Latin America/Canada sales, North. Powell was formerly regional sales manager for the Harman Music Group.

Both offices will soon add new hires in field sales and technical support.
