NAMM Subpoenaed by the FTC Over MAP

On March 12, NAMM received a subpoena from the Federal Trade Commission
(FTC) concerning an investigation into minimum advertised pricing (MAP)
policies of the music products industry. According to a statement issued by
NAMM, the organization cannot comment on the subpoena or the investigation.
